Earthquake #2

For our 7th anniversary we decided to shake things up a little.
Heather: Do you feel that?
Scott: Feel what?
Heather: It's an earthquake, look at the mirror it's shaking.
Scott: Really? (my first reaction was to lay on the floor and feel the full effects of the tremor). Ok, fun is over it's really shaking now and my concern has turned to my flat screen tv I was afraid our one eyed babysitter was about to meet death. Really I picked up Ethan and wanted to take some type of action, but what the heck can you do when you are six stories up? Nothing. So we stood there while the building shook for a few seconds and looked up the quake on the USGS website to report our little shake up.

The center of the quake was about 200 miles to the south of us and had a magnitude of 7.1!!!
The map below shows a red star where quake started, we are located in the area where there are a cluster of blue dots.
